When fire systems (alarms, sprinklers, exterior water supplies) go offline—notably during construction, permit upgrades, or during “hot work” (welding, cutting)—most city codes and insurance policies require 24/7 human fire watch patrols. WGYB has over 10 years of experience in Fire Watch surveillance with 24/7 monitoring availability.

WGYB Security provides patrol at scheduled intervals and log observations to conform with NFPA/local codes. We will Immediately alert the fire department if smoke, heat, or hazards are detected. Insurance compliance reports are available if requested.
